  • General support requests should include the full YInstagram or Instagram URL involved.
  • Broken or expired media reports should include the shortcode or exact page path.
  • Rights, privacy or policy requests should clearly identify the affected public page and the nature of the concern.
  • Billing and refund questions should include the buyer email, payment date and transaction reference where available.

General support and broken-page reports

For help using a downloader page, creator page, tag page or FAQ route, contact support@yinstagram.com and include the full URL that you were trying to use.

If a page is missing a preview, has an expired media file, shows the wrong creator information or fails to load properly, include the exact shortcode, page path and a short description of what went wrong.

Privacy, rights, billing and commercial enquiries

If you believe a public page should be reviewed for privacy, rights, accuracy or removal reasons, include the exact YInstagram URL, the relevant source URL if known, and a clear explanation of the concern.

For featured placement billing or refund enquiries, include the order token, transaction ID, buyer email if collected by the processor, payment date and issue summary. Advertising or partnership enquiries should clearly describe the commercial proposal and the preferred reply address.
