YInstagram currently offers featured placement checkout for homepage visibility. This policy describes the baseline refund approach for those orders and for any other paid digital services that may be added later unless more specific checkout terms say otherwise.

  • The public downloader pages remain free to browse, while featured placement orders are sold through the access route.
  • Refund requests should include the order number, buyer email if collected by the processor, payment date and reason for the request.
  • Digital-service usage, activation state, fraud checks and statutory rights may all affect refund eligibility.
  • A payment provider or merchant of record, such as Paddle, may impose additional buyer terms at checkout.

Current service status and covered transactions

At the time of this version, YInstagram offers public-access downloader pages plus featured homepage placement plans sold through the access route. This Refund Policy is intended to govern those purchases unless a more specific policy is displayed at checkout.

This policy is intended to cover purchases made directly through YInstagram or through an authorized payment flow connected to YInstagram, including one-time featured placement orders and any future digital services or credits.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent to support@yinstagram.com. The request should include enough transaction detail for YInstagram or its payment provider to identify the order and review the claim efficiently.

  • Buyer email address used during checkout.
  • Order number, invoice number or transaction ID.
  • Date of payment and the product purchased.
  • A short explanation of the issue and the requested resolution.

Review factors and non-refundable situations

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case in light of the product purchased, whether the service was activated, whether digital content was already substantially delivered and whether the request raises signs of fraud, abuse or misuse.

Where permitted by law, refunds may be limited or refused for digital goods or digital services that were already substantially delivered, consumed, downloaded, streamed, activated or otherwise fully made available to the buyer.

Subscriptions, processors and timing

Featured placement plans are currently sold as fixed-duration orders rather than auto-renewing subscriptions. If YInstagram later launches recurring subscriptions, cancellation terms, billing periods, renewal dates and access-cutoff rules will be disclosed within the applicable plan or checkout flow.

YInstagram may use a merchant of record or payment processors such as Paddle for card payments and NOWPayments for crypto checkout. Buyers may also be subject to provider-specific terms such as Paddle Buyer Terms. If a refund is approved, the amount is generally returned to the original payment method subject to provider and banking timelines.
