These terms apply to the public website, public media pages, creator pages, tag pages, FAQ pages, legal pages, the featured-placement access route and any future APIs or subscription features made available by YInstagram.

YInstagram provides a web interface that may resolve supported public Instagram URLs into cleaner pages for preview, watch, browse and, where available, download actions. The site may also generate creator pages, hashtag pages, latest pages, popular pages and similar discovery routes from previously resolved public content.

YInstagram is intended to operate only with content that is publicly available or publicly accessible at the time of access. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as a promise that YInstagram can or may lawfully expose private profile data, restricted media, confidential account information or non-public platform resources.

You agree to use YInstagram lawfully and responsibly. You must not interfere with the site, abuse its infrastructure or use the service in a way that infringes rights belonging to YInstagram, platform operators, rights holders or other third parties.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to servers, code, admin areas or private infrastructure.
• Do not automate abusive traffic, excessive scraping, credential stuffing, vulnerability scanning or denial-of-service behaviour.
• Do not use YInstagram to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or contractual obligations.
• Do not submit misleading, unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory content in support or contact requests.

All third-party content displayed, linked or referenced through YInstagram remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and to the terms and policies of the originating platform. YInstagram does not acquire ownership of Instagram content merely by resolving or displaying public metadata on a cleaner page.

Because YInstagram depends on third-party infrastructure and external platform behaviour, some pages may fail, expire, be refreshed or disappear over time. The service is provided on an as available and as is basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

YInstagram may offer featured homepage placement orders through the access route and may add other paid digital services later. Those purchases may be subject to additional checkout terms, billing rules, refund criteria and processor-specific requirements shown at the time of purchase.
